Base Salary
$151k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technology support for Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and Super Intelligence tools.
- Design and implement cloud-based systems and assess customer environments.
- Lead customer design sessions and prepare strategic and tactical technical briefings for executives and stakeholders.
- Develop, test, configure, install, and administer Microsoft cloud and on-premises tools and integrations.
- Support Azure DevOps project setup, Azure DevOps pipeline deployment automation, and SQL database queries.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power BI Gateway, authentication, permissions, Azure DevOps, and other platform issues.
- Create semantic models and data reports from multiple sources using Microsoft Power BI.
- Develop C#-based Selenium tests to validate deployed web application changes.
- Create and maintain SharePoint site information and develop guidance documentation for development tools and IT practices.
- Provide technical team training, professional development, customer capabilities briefings, and technical solution support.
- Support migration to future-state tools and processes and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- At least 4 years of direct experience in data analysis, data visualization, and/or data management and reporting, including Power BI and SharePoint.
- Experience administering and developing with Azure DevOps tools is required.
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring principles is required.
- Experience with Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Artifacts is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must pass a background check and be able to obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred, or a high school diploma/GED plus 6 additional years of relevant experience may be used instead of a degree.
- Microsoft Azure/Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, and quality certifications such as CMMI, ISO, or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and technical analysis skills are required.
- Must be able to work independently and in teams, work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and travel 10%.
