Responsibilities
- Respond to and analyze support requests involving security and privacy services.
- Diagnose work needed to meet security and privacy service SLO and SLI targets.
- Help create and maintain operational playbooks and technical support documentation.
- Build dashboards and metrics for measuring service quality and operational effectiveness.
- Configure service thresholds, respond to alerts, and investigate failures to meet SLO/SLI targets.
- Analyze events and logs, perform root cause analysis, and identify engineering improvements.
- Collaborate with users, security specialists, and internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
- Improve organization-wide security processes while considering cross-functional requirements and operating best practices.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of information security experience or 8 years of DevOps experience combined with a strong interest in cybersecurity.
- Experience operating and supporting security services such as vulnerability scanning, data security, and identity and access management.
- Ability to analyze large-scale data or logs for decision-making.
- Experience writing technical support materials and documentation for end users and engineers.
- Experience with automation and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proactive approach to work.
