Responsibilities
- Design and operate a Control Assurance framework optimized for business and cloud environments.
- Tailor global security standards to fit Coupang's specific governance needs.
- Analyze security incidents from a business risk perspective and develop long-term governance strategies.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments based on threat trends and telemetry data.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with technical departments and business stakeholders on security policies.
- Guide the GRC team in technical expertise related to cloud infrastructure and application security.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of practical experience in security GRC or Security Engineering.
- Deep understanding of global security standards and experience in tailoring them to corporate environments.
- Practical knowledge of security architecture and compliance in large public cloud environments like AWS.
- Ability to translate complex security issues into business risks and derive solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse teams.
