Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications across frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience while implementing security and data protection measures.
- Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime.
- Use GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI assistants for frontend, backend, API development, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Integrate LLM APIs, intelligent automation, and AI-enhanced user experience patterns into applications.
- Evaluate and advocate for practical adoption of emerging AI tooling across the AZP stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Seven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js and backend technologies such as Java and Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and experience with Git.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating AI algorithms and models into applications.
- Fluent daily use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Flutter is preferred.
- Machine learning knowledge is preferred.
