Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and LangChain.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Oversee full-stack development with emphasis on observability, system reliability, and scalable infrastructure.
- Implement AI governance frameworks for ethical and compliant AI deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and success metrics.
- Manage project workflows using Agile methodologies and incorporate emerging AI innovations into project strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of experience in advanced AI and software development roles.
- Proficiency in Generative AI frameworks including Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and LangChain.
- Strong expertise in Python, full-stack development, and FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure API Management, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure PostgreSQL.
- Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and Cloud Foundry.
- Knowledge of observability practices for reliable application performance.
- Strong understanding of AI governance and ethical AI practices.
- Preferred experience with AWS, React, Git, GitHub Copilot, and advanced LLMs such as Claude.
- Preferred stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
