Base Salary
$95k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of software solutions for complex business needs.
- Support and improve critical payment-processing services and associated security controls.
- Resolve complex application and production issues, including critical incidents during off-hours.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and review coding, testing, and documentation.
- Partner with application owners, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, and operational stakeholders.
- Support privileged-access management, account discovery, compliance remediation, and secure operational practices.
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation and drive service improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
- 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
- Experience with application support and production operations for enterprise payment, financial, or other critical customer-facing systems is preferred.
- Technical leadership qualities and strong troubleshooting, operational, risk-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of application design, architecture, application development tools, application testing, packaged application integration, system development life cycle, and technical troubleshooting is preferred.
- No required certifications or licenses.
