Base Salary
$141k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-availability, low-latency authentication and authorization services in Go.
- Build IAM foundations for cloud-native AI/ML platforms.
- Lead the implementation of OIDC and SAML integrations for enterprise customers.
- Evolve the Policy Engine to support advanced resource-level permissions.
- Design and scale robust, multi-tenant data models for complex hierarchical structures.
- Take ownership of service reliability and modernize legacy data pipelines.
- Identify and remediate complex security vulnerabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct deep code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on Identity and Security Products.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go and strong understanding of gRPC microservices architecture.
- Deep knowledge of identity protocols like OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
- Proven ability to build distributed systems that handle consensus and replication.
- Experience with Kubernetes, SQL (MySQL), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- A track record of simplifying complex legacy logic into maintainable abstractions.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical strategy to senior leadership.
