Responsibilities

Design and develop high-availability, low-latency authentication and authorization services in Go.
Build IAM foundations for cloud-native AI/ML platforms.
Lead the implementation of OIDC and SAML integrations for enterprise customers.
Evolve the Policy Engine to support advanced resource-level permissions.
Design and scale robust, multi-tenant data models for complex hierarchical structures.
Take ownership of service reliability and modernize legacy data pipelines.
Identify and remediate complex security vulnerabilities.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct deep code reviews.

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years focused on Identity and Security Products.
Expert-level proficiency in Go and strong understanding of gRPC microservices architecture.
Deep knowledge of identity protocols like OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
Proven ability to build distributed systems that handle consensus and replication.
Experience with Kubernetes, SQL (MySQL), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
A track record of simplifying complex legacy logic into maintainable abstractions.
Strong communication skills to convey technical strategy to senior leadership.
