Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal team members and cross-functional stakeholders to design and maintain legal tech solutions.
- Act as a key voice in roadmap planning and strategy discussions.
- Identify gaps in data, tools, and processes and lead initiatives to address them.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered tools that transform core legal processes.
- Integrate legal systems with core enterprise platforms for seamless data flow.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance legal operations.
- Enable and support end users through documentation and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with large language model applications and AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases, including data modeling.
