Responsibilities
- Build and own product functionality across compelling user interfaces and efficient, flexible, scalable backend processing logic.
- Develop integrations with function-specific tools used by teams such as Operations, Marketing, and IT.
- Participate in all stages of product development from conception through post-launch reflection.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, user researchers, data scientists, and partner teams.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a high-quality user experience.
Requirements
- 6 or more years of full-stack experience building user-facing products in large, well-maintained codebases, with integration development preferred.
- Professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React and Node.js, or Scala.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and cross-time-zone collaboration.
- Sound autonomous judgment when balancing speed with quality and long-term maintainability.
- Strong attention to product details and passion for creating a high-quality user experience.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and use them to improve productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
Benefits
- Estimated base salary of 31,900 PLN–36,250 PLN gross monthly, excluding additional compensation components.
