Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end identity architecture for agent governance across desktop sessions, protocol boundaries, and downstream services.
- Design infrastructure-level attribution and audit systems that distinguish agent actions from human actions and prevent tampering.
- Own policy-enforcement architecture and authorization models that evaluate agent actions before execution.
- Evaluate build-versus-leverage decisions and assess internal and external identity and authorization components for reuse.
- Drive technical consensus with partner teams and communicate architectural decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Write code, conduct design and code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
- Preferred: at least 5 years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
