Base Salary
$350k - $450k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed within a research team to build, harden, and improve the systems and infrastructure required for its success.
- Design, build, and operate RL training systems, sandboxing, data pipelines, and agent scaffolding.
- Lead projects end to end and debug systems that fail intermittently and at scale.
- Write maintainable code that other engineers and researchers depend on.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and strong engineering fundamentals.
- Experience leading projects end to end and working in large, fast-moving codebases.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing.
- Preferred experience with large-scale sandboxed or containerized execution environments.
- Preferred familiarity with at least one deep learning framework, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
