Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Analyze clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirements.
Create technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions for proposals and tenders.
Define and align system architectures, APIs, and interfaces.
Collaborate with engineering, product, project, and DevOps teams.
Act as the primary technical customer contact during sales and project phases.
Support public and private tender processes.

Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architecture.
Knowledge of core IT and infrastructure concepts, including cloud, on-premise environments, VPN, and networking.
Strong German skills and good English skills.
Experience with clinical or administrative IT system landscapes in hospital environments is ideal.
Structured and analytical mindset.
