Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Analyze clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirements.
- Create technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions for proposals and tenders.
- Define and align system architectures, APIs, and interfaces.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, project, and DevOps teams.
- Act as the primary technical customer contact during sales and project phases.
- Support public and private tender processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Strong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architecture.
- Knowledge of core IT and infrastructure concepts, including cloud, on-premise environments, VPN, and networking.
- Strong German skills and good English skills.
- Experience with clinical or administrative IT system landscapes in hospital environments is ideal.
- Structured and analytical mindset.
