Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into aligned technical solutions.
- Act as the primary technical advisor throughout enterprise customers’ Claude adoption journeys from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
- Create and deliver technical deep dives and business-value presentations for engineering, development, executive, and other audiences.
- Guide architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance for specific use cases.
- Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite executives, engineering teams, IT teams, and other audiences.
- Strong technical communication skills for translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Comfort with Python.
- Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
