Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and operational impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- Three years of end-to-end machine learning experience, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, and debugging.
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
