Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for multiple on-premises and AWS platforms.
- Create and enhance monitoring, alerting, debugging, dashboards, and observability capabilities.
- Automate cloud platform builds and deployments using AWS and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and operate blue-green deployment models with traffic switching, validation, zero-downtime releases, and rollback procedures.
- Build or integrate AI agents for deployment health assessment, failure diagnosis, remediation recommendations, and controlled automated rollbacks.
- Create AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection, event correlation, predictive insights, alert-noise reduction, and automated incident response.
- Troubleshoot AWS cloud environments and support highly scalable global deployments.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to identify platform needs and issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and Elastic Beanstalk.
- Experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Bamboo.
- Hands-on experience designing blue-green deployments in AWS and containerized environments.
- Experience building or integrating AI agents into CI/CD workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
- Experience creating AIOps solutions using logs, metrics, traces, and events.
- Understanding of web security, DevSecOps, microservices, serverless, and container technologies.
- Extensive experience with firewalls, email security, web filtering, multifactor authentication, identity and access management, privileged access management, and web application security.
- Knowledge of SAST, DAST, network architecture, VPN, PKI, encryption, cloud security controls, TLS, and key management.
- Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-cultural global teamwork skills.
