Responsibilities
- Design and build the frontend systems for a new consumer credit experience.
- Develop scalable, distributed services using event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate intent into features.
- Drive technical decisions in a zero-to-one product environment.
- Apply AI-native workflows to enhance development processes.
- Help define engineering best practices and culture within the team.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building frontend and backend systems in production.
- Strong technical background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and familiarity with databases and APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
- Deep product sense with a focus on end-user experience.
- Familiarity with observability and reliability concepts.
- Experience using AI tools in engineering workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
