Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance customer onboarding systems.
- Build and scale backend services for the onboarding process.
- Automate manual steps in the onboarding workflow.
- Decouple downstream systems from the onboarding pipeline.
- Solve technical challenges related to large-scale customer provisioning.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python or Golang.
- Solid understanding of databases, REST APIs, and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI development tools.
- Experience working individually and in groups.
- Proficient in asynchronous and written communication.
