Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using the UiPath platform.
- Develop Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, validation, file processing, API integrations, and system orchestration.
- Design and implement intelligent document processing solutions using Document AI.
- Build extraction, classification, validation, and human-in-the-loop workflows for semi-structured and unstructured documents.
- Create scalable, reusable automation components, frameworks, and libraries.
- Define automation architecture, workflows, and logic based on business requirements.
- Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and monitoring standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring defects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and regional teams to deliver automation initiatives and communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant RPA experience, including designing and developing automation components and features, preferably in an international organization.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Advanced UiPath certification and expertise.
- Experience with UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, and .NET is a plus.
- Strong written, oral, interpersonal, presentation, time-management, resilience, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to lead automation work across regions and departments.
