Base Salary
$113k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, modify, develop, write, and implement software applications from initial vision through production.
- Develop complete end-to-end solutions using front-end and back-end languages.
- Oversee, mentor, and supervise a team while helping team members learn new tools and techniques.
- Identify system improvements and ensure solutions account for current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements.
- Acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
- Write source code for new applications and enhance code samples or existing applications.
- Apply architectural approaches, tools, and technologies to address difficult client challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software applications using agile methods.
- 8+ years of software development experience using programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Experience with software engineering, product management, software products, and Agile methodology.
- Experience developing complete solutions with back-end and front-end languages.
- Experience mentoring or supervising employees in a collaborative team environment.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred experience includes automated testing tools and Java, Python, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or NodeJS.
- A master’s degree and AWS or OCI certification are preferred.
