Base Salary
$126k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end platforms including native iOS and Android applications and web applications for the myQ program.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact across multiple scrum teams and coordinate with product, middleware, DevOps, firmware, marketing, quality, operations, and customer service functions.
- Assess, scope, design, implement, and manage complex software changes and new mobile application features.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture and process changes, design reviews, pull requests, and production releases.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, lead offshore development teams, conduct technical interviews, and improve team development practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and middleware experts while enforcing internal development and security processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least seven years of native Swift experience for iOS engineering or native Kotlin experience for Android engineering.
- Experience with unit testing, Git, large-team software development, technical documentation, architectural and process changes, and technical interviews.
- Expertise in MVC and MVVM UI patterns, RESTful services, and JSON.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development, CI/CD tools and deployment processes, process improvement, and change implementation.
- Ability to lead complex projects, estimate work, create project plans, communicate progress, work cross-functionally, and mentor engineers.
- Preferred qualifications include mobile development bootcamp training, organized training, certifications, and the ability to lead work on a mobile platform outside the candidate’s primary expertise.

- Base pay range of $126,198.00 to $215,291.00, plus a comprehensive benefits package, 401k contribution, and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.
