Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and cross-functional architecture and value teams to translate business priorities into practical AI-enabled solutions.
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end, from working prototypes through production-grade deployments.
- Configure and deploy pre-built agentic products into client environments.
- Design solutions using the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack, including Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Apply agent-assisted development, automated evaluation, reusable components, observability, and production operations.
- Build evaluation, accuracy, guardrail, retrieval, tool-use, and failure-handling capabilities into agentic systems.
- Ensure delivered solutions remain connected to measurable business outcomes and meet evaluation thresholds before release.
- Contribute reusable components, patterns, and assets to the APAC IP library and Avanade Agentic Platform.
- Operate with high autonomy in client environments and engage directly with business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software or AI engineering experience with production systems to demonstrate.
- Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and agent orchestration, or credible equivalent depth on another stack.
- Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration sufficient to ship complete solutions.
- Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
- Experience taking prototypes to production at pace without leaving operational or engineering work unfinished.
- Comfort working with high autonomy in client environments and engaging directly with stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct both business and technical conversations with client stakeholders.
