Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into effective Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
  • Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse entities, forms, views, permissions, workflows, business processes, and rules.
  • Build custom functionality with JavaScript and C#/.NET, including plugins and custom workflow activities.
  • Develop Power Pages websites, templates, forms, lists, metadata, and content snippets using JavaScript and Liquid.
  • Build and maintain integrations using web services, APIs, and third-party solutions.
  • Develop Power Platform workflow and automation solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and determine appropriate technical solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement.
  • Produce technical documentation and collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and technical specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a Technical College diploma in Computer Science or a related field; an equivalent combination of education and direct experience may be considered.
  • At least 36 months of qualifying full-time professional experience within the five years preceding the competition closing date.
  • Significant professional experience configuring Dynamics CRM 2016 or later or Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, and security permissions.
  • Significant professional experience creating workflows, business processes, rules, and client-side JavaScript form scripts in Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Significant professional experience developing Power Pages, including templates, webpages, web forms, entity forms, entity lists, metadata, and content snippets using JavaScript and Liquid.
  • Significant professional experience writing object-oriented C#/.NET web applications and working with web services and APIs.
  • Basic hands-on professional experience developing or maintaining Dynamics 365/Dataverse plugins and workflow activity assemblies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio or a similar IDE, version control best practices, and complex technical troubleshooting.
  • Candidates must obtain Reliability Status clearance and meet the English language requirement.

Benefits

  • Two-year term position with a limited hybrid work arrangement combining onsite work and telework, subject to operational requirements.
  • Compensation is $86,503 to $108,068 per annum.

  • Relocation assistance may be available under NRC directives.
