- Develop functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and API testing for the IO platform.
- Create eval-driven testing for non-deterministic and agentic AI behavior, including prompt, safety, hallucination, guardrail, cost, and latency testing.
- Own quality tooling and CI/CD guardrails and establish risk-based coverage and shared release-readiness signals.
- Partner with engineering leads, product managers, QA platform, and stakeholders to improve testability, communicate quality risks, and support go/no-go decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Software Development.
- SDET background with strong test automation and platform development experience.
- Proven ability to own and uphold software quality standards for an entire group or department.

- Experience evaluating non-deterministic or agentic products, including LLM or agent behavior regression suites, eval harnesses, safety testing, and guardrail testing.
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, Docker, ETL pipelines, and API endpoints.
- Deep expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, TestRail, API testing, and CI/CD integration.
