Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support SAP applications using ABAP on Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, Fiori Applications, and SAP Business Application Studio.
- Develop custom SAP S/4HANA extensions and reusable services, APIs, business applications, reports, interfaces, forms, workflows, and data conversion programs.
- Design and implement side-by-side extensions and cloud-native applications using SAP BTP services.
- Develop integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems using REST, SOAP, and OData APIs, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP API Management.
- Develop and optimize CDS Views, AMDPs, HANA SQL Scripts, embedded analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Support BTP account setup, transport management, deployment activities, production troubleshooting, application support, and technical documentation.
- Conduct code reviews and follow SAP Clean Core, SAP BTP, development, security, performance, and scalability standards.
- Collaborate with middleware, functional, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- At least 2 years of SAP BTP development experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA development, extension frameworks, APIs, and integrations using modern SAP technologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, agile delivery methodologies, and Git-based source control.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain environments.
- Strong ABAP object-oriented programming, ABAP on Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and documentation abilities.
