Responsibilities
- Build and support data pipelines that ingest, transform, and prepare data for business and analytical use.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to enable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven solutions.
- Apply Python, SQL, ETL processes, and cloud technologies to develop reliable data assets.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance through profiling, validation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions addressing business needs.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot to enhance productivity and support data solution development.
Requirements
- Be an undergraduate or graduate student expecting to graduate in May 2028.
- Pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or another STEM-related field.
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have exposure to some or all of Python, SQL, PL/SQL, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data transformation, data profiling, data quality, data modeling, Snowflake, GitHub, relational databases, data warehouses, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Tableau, dashboards, reporting, data mining, business intelligence tools, AI/ML concepts, generative AI tools, LLMs, or NLP.
- Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and logical-reasoning skills.
- Show curiosity, willingness to learn new technologies, responsible data judgment, and awareness of how technology decisions affect stakeholders and the business.
- Have exposure to Agile teams, sprint delivery, or collaborative product-based work.
