Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects.
- Own the technical implementation for new enterprise clients.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for active enterprise accounts.
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise and communicate best practices.
- Mentor and support junior Solutions Engineers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical revenue-facing role, ideally in HR tech or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven success in driving enterprise presales cycles and implementations.
- Strong technical foundation in APIs, SSO, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for enterprise client engagements.
