Base Salary
$115k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software tools for quantum system architecture.
- Contribute to the Quantum Computing system architecture and software roadmap.
- Develop and improve simulation tools for photonic modules.
- Contribute to tool development for analyzing hierarchical multi-scale models.
- Maintain graph-based models and ensure consistency with upstream and downstream models.
Requirements
- Degree in Physics with a strong background in quantum optics and quantum information.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- 3+ years of experience in software development focused on scientific computing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and time zones.
- Hands-on mentality to independently tackle challenges and develop solutions.
- Familiarity with collaborative software development tools like GitLab is desirable.
- Experience with Docker and Postgres is optional but beneficial.
