Base Salary
$94k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards for complex end-to-end solutions.
- Analyze application requirements, capabilities, constraints, and tradeoffs to shape solution approaches and delivery decisions.
- Communicate architectural options, API design decisions, database considerations, sequencing, and operating constraints to stakeholders and external partners.
- Guide full-stack engineering areas by organizing work with limited oversight across connected teams and programs.
- Improve engineering processes, development practices, technical standards, automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and API standards.
- Mentor full-stack engineers, provide technical guidance to emerging leaders, and strengthen practices through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor application outcomes, delivery risks, performance signals, and integration health to identify issues and support corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Certification in cloud platforms, systems architecture, Agile, or DevOps is preferred.
