Responsibilities

Engage with sales teams and customers to understand performance challenges.
Conduct investigations to identify underlying causes of performance issues.
Drive customers towards optimal outcomes for their workloads on the Cloud Data Platform.
Present Snowflake technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
Collaborate with the Product team to influence product roadmaps based on feedback.
Support marketing efforts through customer roundtables, conferences, and webinars.

5+ years of experience in high performance architectures on distributed data platforms.
Expert level knowledge of SQL.
Deep expertise in query tuning and optimization.
Comprehensive understanding of data pipelines and engineering best practices.
Working knowledge of scripting languages like Python.
Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant fields.
