Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation with Terraform and containerized deployments using Docker.
- Investigate and resolve complex production, integration, and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using JUnit.
- Use Codex or similar AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, test creation, and documentation.
- Collaborate across time zones to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java development and microservices.
- Understanding of cloud platforms, Docker, Terraform, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.
- Basic working knowledge of Python, Go, and JUnit.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to independently own deliverables and communicate technical issues clearly.
- OCI certification or a good understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is an added advantage.
