Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support manufacturing software solutions, databases, and data analysis systems.
  • Resolve critical software and system issues, minimize downtime, and implement sustainable reliability and supportability improvements.
  • Design utilities, monitoring solutions, metrics, and automation tools to improve support efficiency and operational visibility.
  • Collaborate with global customers, developers, infrastructure teams, and business partners on worldwide process improvements.
  • Apply AI-assisted, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions to troubleshooting, automation, analysis, monitoring, and operational workflows while maintaining data integrity, security, and human oversight.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience supporting IT systems in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
  • Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages such as C#, Python, PowerShell, Perl, Bash, Visual Basic .NET, or SQL.
  • Experience supporting Linux, Unix, or Windows systems and troubleshooting software, database, or application issues.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
  • Experience using AI or AI assistants for software development, technical analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, or operational workflows.
  • Preferred experience includes enterprise IT support, manufacturing execution or tracking systems, Splunk, KPI development, IT service intelligence monitoring, operational analytics, and automation solutions.
