Base Salary
$184k - $291k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive the co-build strategy and prioritize integrations between Elastic, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
- Serve as Elastic’s technical voice and named point of contact within both partner ecosystems.
- Build reference architectures, working prototypes, and integration demos using Elasticsearch as a retrieval layer for agentic AI.
- Work with Elastic Product, Security, and Observability teams to develop integration patterns and showcases.
- Influence Elastic’s product roadmap using technical and customer signals from partner ecosystems.
- Own technical and strategic partner relationships and manage executive-level alignment cadences.
- Connect Elastic’s product, engineering, field, and alliances teams with OpenAI and Anthropic partner teams.
- Co-author joint solution briefs, technical guides, and co-branded content.
- Represent Elastic at AI partner events, meetups, developer conferences, technical summits, and community forums.
- Translate integrations into field enablement and customer-facing marketing content.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, or product management.
- Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI or platform partners as the named technical point of contact.
- Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos with partner and Product teams.
- Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities.
- Strong communication skills across developer, partner engineering, executive, and customer audiences.
- Willingness to travel 30% to partner offices, events, and conferences.
- Direct technical experience with OpenAI and/or Anthropic and familiarity with their partner programs is preferred.
- Technical depth in context engineering for AI agents, AI-powered security operations, or AI-powered observability is preferred; fluency across all three is a differentiator.
