Base Salary
$69k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver a complex software application into operations with a cross-functional engineering team.
- Build and maintain infrastructure and DevSecOps capabilities.
- Create, edit, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, containers, Kubernetes, scripting, and automation.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues and collaborate effectively with virtual or remote teams.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps experience.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tooling such as Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
- Experience creating, editing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or an equivalent.
- Experience with containerized applications and container orchestration systems.
- Scripting, automation, and programming skills, such as Bash or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or four years of directly related work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Existing or obtainable IAT Level II or III certification, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CASP+.
- Active U.S. government TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain a Poly.
- Desired qualifications include familiarity with Scrum, Agile software development, government RMF processes, Linux systems administration, STIG hardening, GitOps deployment workflows, cloud networking, and cloud security concepts.
