Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with business teams to understand workflows, decisions, recurring friction, and commercially valuable opportunities.
- Build zero-to-one applications, data products, and automation by iterating directly with users.
- Integrate enterprise data and apply AI with appropriate validation and human review.
- Test, deploy, monitor, maintain, and support production solutions with security, data quality, and auditability.
- Drive adoption by establishing support ownership and measuring business results.
Requirements
- Experience building and deploying production software, data products, or automation used by business teams.
- Experience in CPG, consumer products, retail, manufacturing, or another environment requiring end-to-end business operations understanding.
- Experience with Python or a similar data analysis language.
- Strong SQL skills, including database architecture, table creation, procedures, and functions.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to connect technical decisions to business value and cross-functional effects.
- Engineering practices across testing, security, monitoring, documentation, and validation of AI outputs.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP or comparable enterprise data and application platforms is helpful.
- Embedded engineering, business transformation, startup or high-growth product development, intuitive interface development, Snowflake, dbt, and React experience are helpful.
