Base Salary
$120k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features from concept to production.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Develop intuitive, high-performance frontend applications.
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into real user workflows.
- Improve system architecture, reliability, and developer experience.
- Work directly with users and stakeholders to refine product direction.
- Contribute to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoring.
- Help shape engineering culture, processes, and technical standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably in a startup or high-ownership environment.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Experience building backend systems with Node.js, Python, Go, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience shipping production software end-to-end.
- Ability to work across unfamiliar parts of the stack.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
