Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based applications as part of an Agile Scrum team.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Software Development Managers to translate business needs into technical requirements and actions.
Design, code, analyze, and solve complex technical problems and projects.
Prepare software documentation, including technical diagrams and manuals.
Develop automated unit tests according to company standards.
Participate in peer reviews and help ensure software quality throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
Provide technical leadership, mentor teammates and new employees, and encourage development best practices.
Coach and mentor others on Agile development lifecycle practices.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or an Engineering-related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Software Developer.
Knowledge and proven experience with development methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
Advanced understanding of Agile development using Scrum or Kanban, including the ability to coach and mentor others.
Proficiency in at least three listed programming languages, with expert proficiency in two: C++, C#, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, Ruby, Java, or HTML.
Proficiency in one or more relational database management systems or NoSQL data platforms.
Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and SOLID design principles.
Ability to analyze complex problems, generate solutions, make recommendations, outline pros and cons, and implement action plans with assistance.
Excellent written, verbal communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
