Responsibilities
- Develop software collaboratively while taking on increasing independence.
- Support software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Review business needs, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Respond to alerts, review error messages, and fix bugs.
- Research and prototype technologies, including AI and machine learning approaches.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Completed or near-completion B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Informatics, Cybernetics, or a related engineering field.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software design.
- Practical experience with at least one general-purpose programming language through coursework, a thesis, internships, or substantial personal projects.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Interest in AI and machine learning, with exposure through coursework, thesis topics, or projects.
- Familiarity with Git and exposure to continuous integration/delivery.
- Working proficiency in Norwegian and English.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working; strong academic results, extracurricular activities, and military service are viewed favorably.
