Base Salary
$102k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and validate embedded C/C++ firmware for UPS systems, power electronics, and secure power technologies.
- Maintain system and firmware architecture integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
- Apply in-house best practices for code integrity and design validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality firmware releases.
- Participate in the continuous development and future innovation of digital products within the global R&D organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent is required; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience is required.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems and knowledge of digital control systems are required.
- Experience or knowledge in communication protocols, signal processing, and/or tool chains is required.
- Experience with embedded Linux, Git, VHDL, Python, or FPGA is advantageous.
- Power-conversion experience and involvement in innovative digital-product development are advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English and strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and structured-working skills are required.
