Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers as a trusted advisor.
  • Own account health and adoption velocity across your portfolio.
  • Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions for OpenAI products.
  • Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
  • Coordinate account-level initiatives including product activation and deployment planning.
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate customer objectives into an actionable adoption roadmap.
  • Surface customer feedback and technical blockers to cross-functional teams.
  • Guide value realization through KPI definition and post-deployment reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
  • Deep knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities and integration patterns.
  • Practical experience with enterprise security concepts and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with coding languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Strong record of driving technical deployments for large enterprise customers.
  • Excellent project and program management skills.
  • Comfortable embedding with customers to diagnose adoption challenges.
  • High ownership and ability to manage dynamic customer needs.
