Responsibilities
- Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers as a trusted advisor.
- Own account health and adoption velocity across your portfolio.
- Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions for OpenAI products.
- Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
- Coordinate account-level initiatives including product activation and deployment planning.
- Build relationships with executive sponsors and technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer objectives into an actionable adoption roadmap.
- Surface customer feedback and technical blockers to cross-functional teams.
- Guide value realization through KPI definition and post-deployment reporting.
- Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Deep knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities and integration patterns.
- Practical experience with enterprise security concepts and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with coding languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Strong record of driving technical deployments for large enterprise customers.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Comfortable embedding with customers to diagnose adoption challenges.
- High ownership and ability to manage dynamic customer needs.
