Responsibilities
- Design and optimize ITSM tool solutions for Configuration Change Management processes.
- Lead architectural design and development of enterprise-level CCM capabilities.
- Implement advanced integrations between ITSM tools and critical C2ISR systems.
- Develop custom applications, portals, and dashboards for managing configuration changes.
- Establish development best practices and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor junior developers on platform development and integration patterns.
- Guide implementation teams on high-impact CCM assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- Excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development languages.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ServiceNow Certified Developer & Administrator certification required.
- Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification within six months.
