Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close applications.
- Enable and operationalize embedded Oracle AI capabilities within FCC workflows, including configuration, security, role controls, and adoption.
- Run use-case discovery workshops and map business needs to Oracle AI features, value KPIs, and adoption metrics.
- Implement AI governance through access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails.
- Extend Oracle screens and processes using supported extensions and APIs without compromising compliance.
- Deliver pilot, phased deployment, training, and hypercare playbooks with measurable productivity and cycle-time improvements.
- Configure Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement.
- Support integrations involving APIs, events, and OIC, along with telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required.
- Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) is required.
- Experience configuring Oracle security, roles, workflow states, and feature enablement is required.
- Knowledge of integrations, APIs, events, and OIC is required or expected.
- Experience with prompt or template assets, telemetry, audit logs, KPI tracking, and testing is expected.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
