Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ApptioOne cost models, allocations, business mappings, reports, dashboards, and financial insights.
- Configure and support Budget, Forecast, Actuals, Showback, and Chargeback processes within ApptioOne.
- Develop allocation strategies, cost models, SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Build ETL and data-transformation logic and integrations with enterprise systems using REST API and batch integration.
- Troubleshoot data-quality, allocation, reconciliation, model-performance, and database-processing issues.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reconciliation, validation, and control reporting.
- Perform impact assessments, implement configuration changes, optimize SQL performance, and document technical designs and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver ITFM solutions.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ApptioOne.
- At least 5 years of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
- Experience with Apptio TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, Planning, or related ApptioOne modules.
- Strong understanding of IT Financial Management and Technology Business Management concepts.
- Experience developing complex allocations, cost models, financial reporting solutions, and relational database queries.
- Experience with query optimization, performance tuning, data validation, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, chargeback, showback, or month-end close processes.
- Preferred experience with Oracle Database, Data Warehouse, ODI or similar integration tools, AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.
- Apptio TBM Certified Professional certification, FP&A familiarity, and experience leading small projects are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
