Responsibilities
- Complete independent QA of customer journeys across Monzo EU business areas.
- Conduct independent reviews in line with the QA framework.
- Deliver reviews to exceptional standards, meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Write thorough, constructive feedback to enable business improvements.
- Collaborate with the EU Quality Manager and Ops stakeholders to drive improvements.
- Flag trends and patterns, escalating risks to the EU Quality Manager.
- Support the EU Quality Manager with pulse checks for deep dives into issues.
Requirements
- Passionate about improving the Monzo customer experience.
- Experience working in QA in large-scale operations.
- Familiarity with quality tools and data tools, such as SQL.
- Experience in reviewing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
- Ability to create procedure documentation and guidance.
- Collaborative mindset to work with other teams towards common goals.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
