Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python and .NET.
- Design and implement production-ready Generative AI solutions.
- Build RAG architectures combining LLM capabilities with organisational knowledge.
- Implement embeddings, semantic search, and vector database solutions.
- Design and orchestrate agentic AI workflows for complex, long-running tasks.
- Integrate Human-in-the-Loop capabilities for governance, quality, and operational control.
- Develop AI evaluation frameworks covering performance, accuracy, safety, and business impact.
- Establish observability, monitoring, and diagnostics across AI systems.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Drive engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, innovation initiatives, and proof-of-concept development.
Requirements
- Strong professional software development experience with Python and .NET.
- Hands-on experience building solutions using Large Language Models.
- Proven experience with RAG, content embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
- Experience designing and implementing agentic AI workflows.
- Experience integrating HITL processes into AI applications.
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation, testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Experience implementing observability and monitoring for AI systems.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and architecture knowledge.
- Experience delivering production-grade applications in enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or related AI platforms.
- Preferred experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD practices, cloud-native architectures, AI governance, responsible AI, compliance frameworks, containerisation, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or other highly regulated industries is desirable.
