Base Salary
$231k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and lead engineering projects across Harvey’s product lines.
- Develop retrieval systems for petabyte-scale document collections.
- Build organizational-level interfaces for collaboration with AI.
- Manage dedicated GPU capacity across more than five regions.
- Develop long-horizon planning agents for complex business workflows.
- Build secure systems for highly sensitive matters.
- Evaluate LLMs across a taxonomy of more than 10,000 tasks.
- Support internet-scale data collection across more than 50 jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with AI, Legal, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of post-BS/MS backend-focused software engineering experience on product-centric teams.
- Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products using Progressive Web App technologies.
- Track record of shipping highly intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
- Experience building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.
- Strong programming skills and general computer science knowledge.
- Experience working at early-stage startups is a plus.
