Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of OneStream client solutions.
- Lead client workshops and create requirements and design documentation for OneStream applications.
- Design scalable, performant, secure, and compliant OneStream infrastructure frameworks.
- Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts and guide technical solution development and architecture reviews.
- Oversee unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop client roadmaps and communicate solution initiatives across project teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients’ financial close and planning processes using OneStream.
- Support the Finance OneStream Center of Excellence through technical governance standards, policies, principles, and procedures.
- Design and develop business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions.
- Engage directly with Baker Tilly and client leadership on client and engagement management.
- Stay current with OneStream platform advancements, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
- Develop training programs, lead training sessions, and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- At least five years of technical architecture experience and at least three years of OneStream implementation experience.
- Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software solution; OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes, including account reconciliation, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
- Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
- OneStream Certified Professional Lead Architect certification.
- Ability to lead and supervise others and provide exceptional client service.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning, ethical conduct, quality, urgency, and timely project completion.
