Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment of OneStream client solutions.
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements, and create OneStream application design documentation.
- Design scalable, performant, secure, and compliant OneStream financial application infrastructure.
- Develop and demonstrate OneStream proof of concepts and guide technical solution development and architecture reviews.
- Oversee unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for OneStream solutions.
- Develop client roadmaps and communicate solution initiatives across project teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients’ financial close and planning processes through OneStream.
- Support the Finance OneStream Center of Excellence’s technical governance framework, standards, policies, principles, and procedures.
- Design and develop business intelligence, analytics, and reporting solutions with clients.
- Engage directly with Baker Tilly and client leadership on OneStream engagements.
- Stay current with OneStream platform advancements, marketplace solutions, and AI capabilities.
- Develop training programs, lead training sessions, and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- At least five years of technical architecture experience and at least three years of OneStream implementation experience.
- Experience implementing leading financial planning and consolidation software, with OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes, including account reconciliation, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries, and financial statements.
- Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
- OneStream Certified Professional Lead Architect certification.
- Ability to lead and supervise others and provide exceptional client service.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning, ethical conduct, quality, urgency, and timely project completion.

- Pay ranges vary by location: Washington, DC $108,000–$216,710; Chicago, IL $110,000–$200,370; Milwaukee, WI $100,000–$180,590.
