Responsibilities
- Empower teams to manage their own CI/CD pipelines and deploy to production independently.
- Define and implement Infrastructure-as-Code patterns for security and compliance.
- Ensure easy provisioning of compliant, secure infrastructure for developers.
- Establish observability standards and define Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Coach engineers on operational best practices to foster shared ownership.
Requirements
- Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure, and SRE principles.
- Proven track record in steering technical modernizations and migrations.
- Ability to thrive in an embedded model and enable team self-sufficiency.
- Understanding of FinTech or Enterprise SaaS system constraints.
- Strong coaching skills to promote operational best practices.
