Base Salary
$155k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions based on business needs and best practices.
- Provide support and solutions for Salesforce break/fix issues.
- Collaborate with technical resources and business stakeholders on project status, technical issues, and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities using project management methodologies and sound development practices.
- Monitor Salesforce usage for compliance and performance.
- Maintain Salesforce data security and apply Salesforce engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related work experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer.
- Salesforce Developer Platform I and Platform II certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications.
- Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts and their influence on design.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Strong client-facing written and oral communication skills.
- Preferred: Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce DX, source control, and GitHub Actions experience.
