Responsibilities
- Design and develop web-based applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement web-based interfaces.
- Participate in requirements gathering, brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing, and documentation across the development lifecycle.
- Create software design and engineering documents.
- Develop and maintain Java information systems, including client/server and database applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of Java experience developing or maintaining information systems.
- Experience with the full J2EE stack, Spring Framework, Core Java, JDBC, JSP/Servlets, and jQuery.
- Experience with HTML5, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, .NET/C#, Android, and iOS.
- Experience with application servers such as WebLogic.
- Experience with database servers such as Oracle and MSSQL.
- Experience with Windows and UNIX platforms.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
