Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of high-impact features across the stack.
- Make foundational engineering decisions to improve system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams.
- Own proactive improvements to the codebase and infrastructure.
- Build systems that handle the complexity of life sciences R&D.
- Mentor and support other engineers to enhance their technical skills.
- Set high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills and engineering fundamentals.
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems.
- Proven ability to work across teams to ship cohesive solutions.
- Strategic problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
- Clear and effective communication skills in cross-functional settings.
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn about life sciences.
