Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advance AI-native engineering workflows through agentic code review and repair, generated tests, and developer tooling.
- Define interpretable telemetry for system health and business outcomes and automate metric interpretation and production response.
- Build agentic troubleshooting systems that correlate signals, propose root causes, and take safe automated actions.
- Own the infrastructure side of AI evaluation systems, making evaluation fast, repeatable, and cost-effective.
- Explore AI applications for gaming LiveOps, including content, player behavior, retention, monetization, and live health.
- Optimize agentic system economics through token efficiency, model routing, context and memory management, and state recovery.
- Contribute to technical strategy and architecture for Unity AI and backend platforms and collaborate across engineering, product, and design.
Requirements
- Demonstrated current, hands-on use of AI and agent tooling in engineering work, ideally beyond code generation.
- Track record of independently solving ambiguous problems and delivering working solutions.
- Experience building and shipping complex user-facing software products at scale.
- Depth in observability, including monitoring, logging, alerting, debugging, and tools such as Grafana.
- Experience replacing manual production judgment or reducing human effort in detection-to-resolution workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Backend service development experience, including API design, in established CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code environments.
- Ability to translate business and user needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines and organizations.
- Preferred experience with AI evaluation infrastructure, benchmark harnesses, LLM-as-judge pipelines, model-output quality measurement, agent economics, game or live-service operations, or player analytics.
